I eat breakfast every day and I make sure it’s filling and healthy. I spend my days running around the city to auditions and side jobs so I need to fuel up to operate at my best. If I sleep in and don’t have time for breakfast, it’s a sh*t show. I can’t focus on my lines, google maps makes no sense, and I want to start a fight with every human that bumps into me on the subway. This smoothie is a breakfast staple for me especially in the warmer months when my body is craving something refreshing in the mornings!
Ingredients
In a blender add almond milk, yogurt, banana, spinach. Pour in a glass and top with crushed walnuts. (You can put walnuts in the blender but I like them chunky, they add some texture.)
